1. Ready-mix concrete industry
Admixtures aid in the production of

compacting by vibration; they allow concrete to flow, thus increasing application time and ease of use; they aid in the curing process of the concrete; they prevent the concrete’s components from segregating; after curing they leave the concrete with a smooth and clean surface – and ensure an extremely long service life for the project
2. Precast concrete elements industry
As precast concrete elements make planning easier and construction processes quicker, they are becoming more and more popular. Up until now large amounts of energy were necessary to compact the concrete through vibration and to accelerate the curing process with steam. The Zero Energy System revolutionizes this manufacturing process where concrete flows and compacts automatically – without vibration and without segregation. In addition, the accelerated curing process makes steam treatment unnecessary. This reduces energy consumption and equipment requirements while increasing productivity and improving work safety.
3. Manufactured concrete products industry
Unlike precast elements, manufactured concrete products are not cast but pressed: within a few seconds, the earth-dry concrete is turned into, for instance, a square meter of paving stones. The final product has to immediately retain its form without a mold. With our Production Efficiency Method, we recreate the complex production process in a laboratory and analyse it systematically without slowing down production. This evaluation method combined with our experience enables us to offer admixtures which optimize the concrete mix.

Grouting and anchoring systems
Grouts are versatile construction materials used for structural stabilization and waterproofing. Not only are they applied to walls and tunnels but also to river banks and dams. We offer a complete line of cementitious and polymer-based grouting materials for precision machinery, grouting and anchoring. Besides precision and structural grouts our product range includes injection grouts for waterproofing amongst others. Moreover, we hold specific solutions for all kinds of applications, for instance, when it comes to rail grouting or the grouting of equipment.
Concrete Repair and Crack injection resins
We offer polymer repair resins, which can be injected into cracks of
varying sizes including those too fine to be filled with traditional methods.
Our brands comprise epoxy based injection resins for structural crack repair and
polyurethane injection resins for the control of active water infiltration.
We also hold solutions for ductile filling of cracks as well as for situations where load transfer is required. Our Emaco® brand offers a wide range of ready to use cementitious, high strength shrinkage compensated mortars and micro concrete for structural repair of concrete.
Joint sealants
Joint sealants are used to seal joints and openings between two or more substrates. Their main purpose is to prevent air, water, and other environmental elements from entering or exiting a structure while permitting limited movement of the substrates. Our brands comprises joint sealants based on silicone, polyurethane, hybrid and polysulfide and suited for a variety of architectural applications, such as windows, roofing terminations as well as water and wastewater treatment facilities. Our product range includes hydro-swelling gaskets, highly resistant sealing tapes for unconventional joints as well as injection hose water stop systems for cold joints in concrete.
